Master Service Agreement (MSA):
Campus Hub Digital Infrastructure
This Master Service Agreement governs the deployment, maintenance,
and hosting of our Tailored Campus Hub Platforms provided by halalhosting.com.
This agreement ensures that your university or campus digital ecosystem operates
with absolute technical excellence while remaining strictly compliant with the ethical and
equity standards of the Quran and Sunnah—completely independent
of conventional interest-bearing or exploitative tech frameworks.
Scope of
Digital Infrastructure & Services
Under this agreement, halalhosting.com deploys and maintains a sovereign, secure campus network comprising three core digital modules:
-
Dynamic Event Scheduling Engine: A centralized, high-traffic hub for campus-wide activities, club management, and academic calendars, built with real-time updates and zero reliance on tracking networks.
-
Automated Student Outreach Tools: An integrated communication system for broadcast notifications, academic alerts, and student engagement, engineered to respect user privacy and data sovereignty.
-
Secure Historical File Repositories: An enterprise-grade, encrypted storage environment for institutional archives, research papers, and administrative records, hosted entirely on our independent hardware.
Ethical Infrastructure &
Technology Boundaries
2.1 Server Neighborhood Purity
We guarantee that your Campus Hub platform, databases, and file repositories are hosted on bare-metal servers owned exclusively by us. Your institutional data will never share an IP address, server rack, or cloud network with gambling, interest-based fintech (Riba), or unethical corporate entities.
2.2 Algorithmic Integrity
Our outreach and scheduling tools are programmatically built without manipulative data-mining algorithms or predatory tracking cookies. Student data is treated as a sacred trust (Amanah), securely encrypted, and never sold, shared, or leveraged for third-party monetization.
3. Financial Terms, Deliverables, & Late Fees
| Service Module | Delivery & Deployment | Payment Structure | Late Payment Remedy |
| Campus Hub Core Setup | Within 30 days of SOW execution | Fixed Project Fee (50% upfront / 50% on launch) | Zero-Riba Policy: Delayed payments never accrue compound interest. |
| Outreach & Scheduling Engine | Concurrent with Core Setup | Included in Fixed Fee | A flat administrative fee may apply solely to cover real operational costs. |
| Historical File Repository | Fully deployed at launch | Monthly/Annual Flat-Rate Tiered Hosting Fee | Any contractual penalty assessed is routed entirely to an independent Charity Account (Sadaqah). |
4. Intellectual Property, Data Ownership, & Security
-
Institutional Sovereignty: The university retains absolute, 100% ownership of all historical files, student records, scheduling data, and media uploaded to the repository.
-
Codebase Rights: Upon final milestone payment clearance, the campus receives full operational licensing to the custom-tailored interface and deployment architecture, isolated from compromised global software monopolies.
-
Data Protection: All file repositories utilize advanced cryptographic encryption at rest and in transit, shielding academic intellectual property from unauthorized external corporate or political surveillance.
5. Governing Law & Islamic Arbitration
In the event of a dispute regarding server uptime, technical execution, or service milestones, both parties explicitly waive their right to conventional, interest-leveraged commercial courts. All matters will be referred to an independent Islamic Arbitration Board (Tahkeem) to be resolved strictly according to established jurisprudence (Fiqh al-Muamalat) derived from the Quran and Sunnah.
